Order & delivery

Ja. Zodra uw bestelling is verwerkt, ontvangt u automatisch een track & trace code per e-mail. Met deze code kan de levering eenvoudig gevolgd worden.

Ja. Een bestelling kan worden gewijzigd of geannuleerd zolang deze nog niet is ingepakt en verwerkt. Neem hiervoor zo snel mogelijk contact met ons op, zodat wij een eventuele wijziging direct kunnen doorvoeren.

Ja, retourneren is in de meeste gevallen mogelijk. Producten kunnen binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst worden geretourneerd, mits deze ongebruikt en in de originele verpakking verkeren.
Let op: ingrediënten en vloeistoffen, zoals slushsiropen, kunnen uit hygiënisch oogpunt niet worden geretourneerd.
Een retour aanmelden kan eenvoudig door contact met ons op te nemen via e-mail of telefoon, waarbij het product en de reden van retour vermeld kunnen worden.

FunStunter hanteert de minimale verzendkosten die nodig zijn. Dit komt doordat wij enorm strak op de productieprijs zitten en altijd de laagste verkoopprijs willen aanbieden. Gratis verzending zou betekenen dat de productprijzen hoger uitvallen, en dat willen wij juist voorkomen. Op deze manier weet u zeker dat de prijs van ieder artikel zo scherp mogelijk is.
*Gratis afhalen is óók een optie, selecteer deze optie tijdens het bestellen.

Orders placed before 12:00 will be shipped the same day. In most cases this means that the package will be delivered the next day. Please note that we depend on the parcel service. Once the order has been processed, you will receive a track & trace code by email to track the shipment.

FunStunter delivers throughout Europe. During checkout, in addition to the billing address, a delivery address can also be chosen. Is the desired country not listed? Please feel free to contact us to discuss the options.

All heavy packages are packed tightly in double-layer cardboard to prevent product damage. We also use filling material so that items cannot shift during transport.
Fun food machines are supplied as standard in a box with protective Styrofoam, the order is really heavy, as with a slush machine, the order is delivered per pallet. This way you can rest assured that the order will arrive in perfect condition.

Afhalen is mogelijk op afspraak. Wij zijn dagelijks bereikbaar van 09:00 tot 21:00 uur. Kies tijdens het bestellen voor afhalen en geef uw voorkeur door in de bestelnotitie, of neem even contact met ons op om een afhaalafspraak te maken.

Sure! GranitaSlush syrups are suitable for both professional machines and home machines, such as those from Ninja. This way you can enjoy an authentic slush experience everywhere.

Yes! GranitaSlush was developed with professionalism in mind and is widely used in catering, amusement parks, food stands and festivals, among others. Thanks to their high quality and rich taste, they are perfect for large and small use.

All GranitaSlush syrups have a shelf life of 1 to 2 years. They can often still be used after the expiry date, but always check by looking, smelling and tasting.

No, the cocktail flavors do not contain alcohol, making them suitable for both mocktails and cocktails. Of course you can add alcohol to the glass yourself if desired. View the product description for inspiration.

GranitaSlush is known for intense, full and pure flavors. While many other slush brands can have an aqueous taste, GranitaSlush has been developed with years of experience in fun food to guarantee an authentic and tasty taste experience.

Always follow the 1+9 mixing ratio: 100 ml syrup on 900 ml water. This creates the perfect thick, full slush. For extra creativity, flavors can be mixed to create new combinations, or dip a sugar edge cotton candy on the glass for a festive effect.

Yes! GranitaSlush syrups are vegan (not animal products), vegetarian, gluten-free and GMO-free (not genetically modified ingredients). This way we are suitable for many diets and preferences.

Machines & use

Yes, sure! Each machine has a standard 12-month warranty. This warranty is always stated on the invoice. If a problem does occur, we will of course always provide a suitable solution.

Yes. Our machines are designed for intensive professional use and are often used by rental companies, catering establishments and amusement parks, among others. In addition, we offer pre-packaged ingredients per 100 servings, ideal for commercial applications.

Yes! All machines are very user-friendly and come with a clear manual. If there is a question or problem, we will of course be happy to help you.

We only sell original machines of the highest quality. These are clearly distinct from the replicas popular today, which often resemble the original models in appearance but are a lot less durable, safe and reliable in overall construction. For a long lifespan, safe use and an optimal end result, we always recommend an original machine.

Parts & repair

Ja, wij voeren reparaties uit aan verschillende machines. Het is hierbij belangrijk dat de machine schoon wordt aangeleverd en dat de reparatie altijd plaatsvindt op onze locatie. Neem gerust contact met ons op om de reparatie in te plannen.

Voor de machines die wij verkopen hebben wij vrijwel alle originele onderdelen ruim op voorraad. Neem hiervoor gerust contact met ons op en beschrijf duidelijk het probleem of het onderdeel dat nodig is. Een duidelijke foto helpt ons om direct het juiste onderdeel te selecteren.

Dat hangt af van het type probleem. Kleine reparaties kunnen vaak al binnen één dag worden uitgevoerd. In alle gevallen proberen wij de machine zo snel mogelijk weer gebruiksklaar te maken. Neem gerust contact op voor een indicatie op maat.
